What Locations do you ship to?
We currently only ship to Canada & the US.
How long does it take to arrive once shipped?
All orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible depending on the fastest shipping method available in your location. We typically take 1-3 business days for handling & processing your order. The typical delivery time frame is anywhere from 10-20 buisness days. Depending on your location you might receive items much earlier. Please allow extra time due to COVID-19. Tracking information, including the carriers, are provided with every orde.r Every order is ensured, if your package does not arrive you are eligible for a refund or replacement. Will I recieve a tracking number for my package?
Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as we are able to ship your order. Sometimes additional delays may arise theat are beyond our control such as postal delays or customs inspections. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
What do I do if my order is lost in the mail?
Each order will be sent with insured shipping & handling to prevent lost packages. If your order happens to get held at customs, lost in trasnsit or returned to us for any reason, we have your back ! The postal service is our of our control once your package leaves our warehouse. However, in cases like this because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with priority shipping & full tracking, if possible.
Are there any hidden custom fees or import taxes?
All prices on our webpage are displayed in CAD with all taxes completely covered on our end. However, depending on your location and laws in your area, you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Please seek addition guuidance based on your location and the associated import laws. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
Refund Policy
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Crystals absorb energy so therefore to ensure all of our clients receive crystals with pure energy we do not accept returns or offer refunds. All sales are final, however should your product arrive damaged please contact us immediately at shop@raysrunway.com with a photo of your damaged product.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Extended Delays
In some instances, the delivery time may take longer then our policy states. if this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help you resolve any situation that we have control over.
