How do I return/exchange an item?

Crystals absorb energy so therefore to ensure all of our clients receive crystals with pure energy we do not accept returns or offer refunds. All sales are final, however should your product arrive damaged please contact me immediately. 

When will my order ship?

Orders will be shipped within 1-5 business days of receipt. 

Will my order come with tracking?

Yes, all products are shipped with a tracking number for your convenience.

What are the best crystals for beginner crystals?

I always say to choose the crystal you feel pulled towards, but to name a few I would suggest, Clear Quartz, Rose Quartz, Pyrite, Amethyst & Black Tourmaline. 

What do I cleanse my crystals with?

I would suggest using the Full Moon light, placing your Crystals onto or near Selenite or Clear Quartz or using the smoke of Sage or Palo Santo to cleanse your crystals.  

How often should I cleanse my crystals. 

Every time you work with them, as crystals store energy and you would want a clean energetic slate each time you do crystal work. 

My crystal broke can I still use it?

I would trust your intuition when it comes to this, some feel when a crystal breaks its served its purpose but we will each have our own unique connection to each crystal.
